Terms of Service
· Last updated 2026-09-20Terms of Service
These Terms are a contract between you and Webbmi AB for use of the Claimance service from US.
1. Who we are and what Claimance does
Claimance is an AI-powered insurance-claim advocacy service operated by Webbmi AB (Webbmi AB, Tors Gata 8, 242 35 Hörby, Sweden). We help you prepare, send, track and escalate insurance claims and complaints.
We are not an insurer, broker, loss assessor or law firm. We don't provide legal advice. Where regulated representation is required, you should engage a qualified professional.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By using Claimance you confirm that the information you provide is true and that you are entitled to instruct us in respect of any claim you bring.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You authorize us to act on instructions submitted via your account, including drafts you approve and follow-ups you schedule.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & data.
4. The service
Claimance generates AI-assisted drafts, sends emails from your unique Claimance inbox address, tracks insurer replies, and packages documentation for regulators and ombudsmen. AI suggestions are advisory — you remain in control of what is sent.
5. Fees and free tier
We offer a free tier and paid plans. Prices, included usage and renewal terms are shown at /pricing. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Use Claimance to harass, threaten or defraud any person or insurer.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
- Use the service in violation of any applicable law.
7. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated drafts may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing any communication before it is sent on your behalf. The "negotiation simulator" and "claim coach" are guidance tools, not professional advice.
8. Outcome disclaimer
Outcomes depend on the facts of your claim, your policy wording and the conduct of your insurer. We do not guarantee that any specific outcome (acceptance, offer amount, settlement) will be achieved.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, for business customers, our Data Processing Addendum.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach (including fraud or illegal use). On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Laws of the State of Delaware, USA (excluding conflicts of law principles). Disputes will be brought in State or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, with the right to small-claims locally. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
